The Hikvision DS-PWA64-L-WE(B) is the black version of the AX PRO 64-zone control panel — identical hardware to the white DS-PWA64-L-WE, for installations where a black panel suits the decor or matches other black AX PRO equipment on site.

The battery will not charge below 10°C — site the panel in a heated space with the adapter connected.

ARC monitoring is a separate service — the panel supports it; the contract is with a monitoring provider.
