The right voltage for a reliable alarm.
A power supply (PSU) makes sure your intruder alarm gets the correct voltage, so it works reliably.
How do I choose an alarm power supply?
- Voltage: match the PSU output to your panel, expander or device.
- Current: add up what everything on the supply draws, then pick a PSU rated above that total.
- Standby battery: size it to the load, so the system runs in a power cut.
- Other extras: see alarm accessories.
Not sure which you need? Call us on 01902 902251. We deliver to England, Scotland and Wales within 1–2 working days.
