The Mercusys MS106LP is a 6-port 10/100 Mbps desktop switch with four 802.3af/at PoE+ ports sharing a 40 W budget (up to 30 W per port) and two non-PoE uplinks. Extend Mode reaches 250 m, and Isolation Mode and PoE Auto Recovery are built in.
What the MS106LP is for
It is the lowest-cost way to power a four-camera CCTV system: cameras on ports 1-4, one uplink to the NVR, one to the router. 40 W covers four typical low-power IP cameras.
