The TP-Link ER603WP-4G-Outdoor is a weatherproof Omada 4G router with a 4G Cat4 modem (150 Mbps down, 50 Mbps up), one nano SIM slot, 2.4 GHz N300 Wi-Fi and three gigabit WAN/LAN ports, powered by passive or 802.3af/at/bt PoE or a 12 V adapter.

What the ER603WP-4G-Outdoor is for

The ER603WP-4G-Outdoor is a lower-cost way to get internet to a remote camera, gate, barn or site cabin. Mount it where signal is best, power it from the supplied passive PoE adapter, and it provides 4G internet, basic Wi-Fi and PoE output for a device such as an IP camera.

TP-Link rate it IP55 and include wall and pole mounting kits. It is managed standalone or with Omada switches and access points in an Omada controller or Omada Cloud.

What SIM and 4G category does the TP-Link ER603WP-4G-Outdoor use?

One nano SIM, 4G Cat4 with up to 150 Mbps download and 50 Mbps upload.

Which 4G bands does it support?

4G LTE-FDD B1/B3/B5/B7/B8/B20/B28 and LTE-TDD B38/B40/B41, plus 3G B1/B5/B8 (EU bands). These include the bands used for 4G by the main UK networks (EE, O2, Vodafone and Three), but check coverage and band support with your provider at the installation address.

How is it powered?

Passive PoE or 802.3af/at/bt PoE, or a 12 V 1 A adapter. A passive PoE adapter is supplied. TP-Link quote 10 W without PoE output and 62 W with PoE.

Can it power a camera?

Yes, two of its three gigabit ports give PoE out. Check your device draw against the power from your PoE source.

Is it Omada compatible?

Yes. It works standalone through its own web interface, or can be adopted by an Omada software controller, hardware controller (OC200/OC300) or Omada Cloud so it is managed with your Omada switches and access points. SD-WAN works only in controller mode.

The ER703WP-4G-Outdoor upgrades to 4G+ Cat6 (300 Mbps) and AX3000 Wi-Fi 6.

How quickly can I get it?

We ship nationally from our multi-million pound warehouse, with orders leaving daily. Orders placed before 2:30pm are normally dispatched for delivery within 1–2 working days to England, Scotland and Wales. You can also collect in store from our trade counter. Call first so we can confirm your order is ready. We do not ship to Northern Ireland.
