Frequently asked questions

Does it have HDMI?

No. It has DVI and VGA. Most CCTV recorders have a VGA output, so you can use the VGA cable in the box.

Will it work with my Hikvision, HiLook or Dahua recorder?

Yes, if the recorder has a VGA output. Most do.

Is it built for CCTV use?

It is a general-purpose Acer monitor. If the screen will be on all day, every day, look at our CCTV-specific monitors from Hikvision, Dahua or Uniview.

Do you install it?

No. We are a supplier, not an installer, and have been trading since 2012. We supply England, Scotland and Wales.
