Common questions
What do the tappings mean?
On a 100V line system you choose how much power each speaker takes: 1.9W, 3.8W, 7.5W, 15W (100V) & 8 Ohms. Lower settings are quieter and let you run more speakers from one amplifier.
Can it be used outdoors or in a bathroom?
It is rated IP66. That makes it suitable for damp or sheltered outdoor areas.
Can it be used for a voice alarm or fire system?
Yes. It is EN54-24 rated for voice alarm use. The system must be designed and commissioned by a competent installer.
