What do the tappings mean?
On a 100V line system you choose how much power each speaker takes: 10W, 20W. Lower settings are quieter and let you run more speakers from one amplifier.
Can it be used outdoors or in a bathroom?
It is rated IP66. That makes it suitable for damp or sheltered outdoor areas.
