Ajax Tag (3) - Contactless Key Fobs, Pack of 3
Tag is a keyring-sized contactless fob for Ajax alarms. Holding it to an Ajax keypad with a reader changes the security mode, so the user needs no code, no account and no app. This pack contains three fobs in one colour, which suits a household or a small team. Each fob is given a name and access rights in the Ajax app, the event log records every use, and a lost fob can be deleted from the system. Tag uses DESFire with hardware encryption, has no battery, and can be paired with up to 13 Ajax hubs at once. Choose black or white above.
Also listed as 38228 (black, pack of 3) and 38232 (white, pack of 3). Ajax model ID TG.Y.Y.

Common questions
Which keypads can read a Tag?
Ajax keypads with a built-in reader, including KeyPad Plus Jeweller, Superior KeyPad Plus Jeweller, KeyPad TouchScreen Jeweller and Superior KeyPad TouchScreen G3 Jeweller. KeyPad Jeweller cannot read one.
How many fobs are in the pack?
Three, all in the same colour. Ajax also sells Tag in packs of 10 and 100.
Does a Tag need a battery?
No. Ajax lists no power supply for Tag, so there is nothing to replace.
What if a fob is lost?
Delete it from the system in the Ajax app and it will no longer change the security mode.
Anything to watch for when using it?
Ajax advises not to hold other cards next to the Tag when presenting it, as they can stop it reading properly.
