Frequently asked questions
Do I need a 4K recorder to use it?
You'll only see full 4K detail from a recorder or PC with a 4K output. A Full HD recorder will still show a picture.
Can I connect an older DVR by VGA?
Yes. It has a VGA input as well as three HDMI inputs.
Can I leave it on all the time?
Yes. Dahua says it is suitable for continuous 24/7 operation.
What wall bracket do I need?
One that fits a 200 x 200 mm VESA pattern and holds at least 10.4 kg.
Do you install it?
No. We are a supplier, not an installer, and have been trading since 2012. We deliver within 1–2 working days to England, Scotland and Wales.
