What you will need
A PC or Mac with a USB port for the BTD 800a dongle, or a Bluetooth phone or tablet. Compatibility with a particular phone system or softphone should be confirmed with your provider; call us if you are unsure.

Is the IMPACT 1060 certified for Microsoft Teams?
No. EPOS lists Zoom, Google Meet, Google Voice, Webex by Cisco, Unify and RingCentral. Choose the "T" variant for Microsoft Teams.
How long does the battery last?
EPOS lists up to 20 hours talk time and up to 55 hours music time.
Can it charge wirelessly?
The headset supports wireless charging; the CH 40 stand is included with the IMPACT 1061 models and sold separately for others.
How quickly can I get it?
