A PC or Mac with a USB port and a softphone or UC application. EPOS notes that answer/end call on some softphones needs EPOS software. Compatibility with a particular phone system or softphone should be confirmed with your provider; call us if you are unsure.

How long does the battery last?
Up to 12 hours talk time in narrowband mode and up to 8 hours in wideband mode, with up to 100 hours standby.
Does it connect to a desk phone?
No. The USB ML version connects to a PC/softphone. For a desk phone choose the IMPACT D Phone version.
How quickly can I get it?
Orders are dispatched for delivery within 1-3 working days to England, Scotland and Wales. We do not ship to Northern Ireland. You can also collect from our trade counter; please call first so we can confirm your order is ready.
