Fike 505-0010 TwinflexPro2 Fire Alarm Repeater Panel
The Fike 505-0010 is the repeater panel for the TwinflexPro2 two-wire fire alarm system. It is a smaller unit than the control panel and links back to it over an RS485 data connection, so fire and fault events can be seen at a secondary entrance, a nurse's station or anywhere else staff need panel information without walking to the main panel.
The repeater does not connect to detectors, sounders or call points, and it does not control them. It mirrors the fire and fault events shown on the control panel and lets staff carry out the main system actions over the data link: Silence Alarms, Reset, Sound Alarms and Silence Buzzer. Up to 8 repeaters can be added to one control panel, and all of them must sit within the 500 m maximum cable length from the panel. External wiring terminates on the backboard.
