Hikvision DS-K1T680D-E1 — 8" MinMoe Ultra face-recognition terminal with PoE
The DS-K1T680D-E1 is the 8" flagship of Hikvision's MinMoe Ultra face terminals — the unit for a corporate reception or a campus main door where the terminal is part of the front-of-house. The dual-lens 2 MP camera covers 88° horizontally, wide enough to catch a face early in the approach; the reader is specified for DESFire and Felica high-security cards; QR codes larger than 6 × 6 cm are recognised for visitors. It takes standard PoE or 12–24 VDC at 3 A and is IP65 rated. The 7" DS-K1T673DWX-PROE1 and DS-K1T671TMW are the alternatives where a smaller fascia suits.
Hikvision access-control terminals work standalone (users, cards and faces enrolled on the device, door relay on board) or as part of a system managed by iVMS-4200, HikCentral or Hik-Connect / Hik-ProConnect. Readers and controllers connect over RS-485 or Wiegand as each datasheet lists. Recognition and credentials
Two lenses feed a 2 MP camera with an 88° horizontal, 44° vertical, 108° diagonal field of view and face anti-spoofing. Cards are DESFire and Felica; QR-code recognition requires the code picture to be larger than 6 × 6 cm. Hik-Connect is supported. Languages include English, Thai, Brazilian Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, Arabic, Japanese, Ukrainian and Indonesian.
Door control and interfaces
One lock relay, exit-button and door-contact inputs, two alarm inputs and one alarm output, a tamper switch, RS-485 (half duplex, Hikvision), Wiegand (Hik 26/34 bit) and a USB port.
Network, power and rating
Gigabit RJ45 with standard PoE, or 12 to 24 VDC at 3 A. IP65, -30 °C to 60 °C, 0–90% humidity; 127.3 × 232.1 × 23.5 mm.
