Does it come with a cord for my phone?
No. The Biz 2400 II QD headset ends in a QD (quick disconnect) plug, and the box contents Jabra lists do not include a phone cord. You need a QD cord or adapter for your phone.
What does 3-in-1 mean?
The mono headset can be worn with a headband, ear hook or neckband; the ear hook and neckband are in the box.
Is this the wideband version?
No. Jabra lists the wideband (HD Voice) mono version as part 2486-820-209; this is part 2406-820-204.
What warranty does Jabra give?
Jabra lists a 3-year limited warranty.
