What you will need

A compatible Jabra wireless headset with base (see the compatibility rows above) and a compatible Polycom desk phone. For Polycom IP 320, IP 321, IP 330 and IP 331 Jabra also lists the Jabra 8800-00-75 cable. The phone's headset hook switch setting must be changed to the Jabra mode; VVX phones restart after this change. Call us and we will check your headset and phone model before you order.

Do I need to change any settings?

Yes. Jabra states the phone's headset hook switch setting must be changed from Regular Mode to Jabra EHS or Jabra DHSG, depending on the phone firmware.
