MS108GP — Mercusys 8-Port Gigabit Desktop Switch with 7-Port PoE+
The Mercusys MS108GP is an 8-port gigabit desktop switch with seven 802.3af/at PoE+ ports sharing a 65 W budget (up to 30 W per port) and one gigabit non-PoE uplink. Extend Mode pushes PoE to 250 m, Isolation Mode separates camera traffic, and the metal case can be wall mounted.
What the MS108GP is for
It is a straightforward CCTV switch for up to seven IP cameras: power and data over one cable to each camera, with the uplink to your NVR or router. 65 W suits several typical 802.3af cameras; check the total draw if you are mixing in PTZ or heated cameras.
