The TP-Link Deco M4 3-pack is an AC1200 whole home mesh Wi-Fi system for 3-5 bedroom houses. Each tower unit runs dual-band Wi-Fi 5 at 867 Mbps on 5 GHz and 300 Mbps on 2.4 GHz, with MU-MIMO, beamforming and two gigabit WAN/LAN ports, and the system supports up to 100 devices.
What the Deco M4 is for
It replaces an ISP router's patchy coverage with one network name throughout the house. Place the units a room or two apart and phones and laptops roam between them automatically.

A broadband modem or ISP router with an Ethernet port, a smartphone for the Deco app, and a power socket for each unit.

How big a house does the Deco M4 3-pack cover?
TP-Link rate the 3-pack for 3-5 bedroom houses. Thick walls and long, narrow layouts may need units placed closer together.
How many devices can the Deco M4 support?
Up to 100 connected devices across the system.
Is the Deco M4 Wi-Fi 6?
No, it is Wi-Fi 5 (802.11ac). For Wi-Fi 6 choose the Deco X1500 or Deco X50.
Can I keep my ISP router?
Yes. Connect the main Deco to it and use Access Point mode so the ISP router keeps routing.
Can the units be wired together?
Yes, optional Ethernet backhaul is supported using the gigabit ports.
How quickly can I get it?
Stocked items are despatched for delivery within 1-2 working days to England, Scotland and Wales. We do not ship to Northern Ireland.
