The TP-Link Deco X50 3-pack is an AX3000 Wi-Fi 6 mesh system covering up to 6,500 sq ft. Each unit delivers 2402 Mbps on 5 GHz (160 MHz) and 574 Mbps on 2.4 GHz, has three gigabit WAN/LAN ports, and the system connects over 150 devices with HomeShield security and parental controls built in.
What the Deco X50 is for
It suits larger homes and home offices with lots of devices: video calls, 4K streaming and gaming running at once. 160 MHz channels give compatible laptops and phones much faster Wi-Fi 6 links than an ISP router.

What you will need
A broadband modem or ISP router with an Ethernet port, a smartphone for the Deco app, and a socket for each unit. VLAN tagging is supported for ISPs that require it.

Can I replace my ISP router with the Deco X50?
Often yes: it supports PPPoE and VLAN tagging used by many UK fibre providers. Otherwise use Access Point mode behind the ISP router.
Can the units be wired together?
Yes, Ethernet backhaul via the gigabit ports gives the best performance where you can run cable.
Can I add an outdoor unit?
Yes. The Deco X50-Outdoor joins the same mesh for gardens and outbuildings.
How quickly can I get it?
Stocked items are despatched for delivery within 1-2 working days to England, Scotland and Wales. We do not ship to Northern Ireland.
