The TP-Link VIGI InSight S345 is a 4MP (2688 × 1520) full-colour bullet network camera with a fixed 4 mm F1.6 lens, full-colour night vision from IR and white LEDs reaching 30 m, two-way audio and an IP67 metal housing. It is powered by PoE (802.3af/at) or 12V DC.

What the InSight S345 is for

A bullet camera suits walls, gable ends and poles where a visible camera pointed down a drive, yard or car park helps deter. Record it on a network video recorder or browse our other bullet IP cameras.

As a TP-Link VIGI camera it can be viewed and managed with the VIGI App, VIGI Security Manager, VIGI VMS and VIGI Cloud VMS, recorded by a VIGI NVR, or used with third-party recorders over ONVIF (Profile S/T/G).

What you will need

A PoE port for each camera, from a VIGI PoE NVR or a TP-Link PoE switch, and network cable to each camera. For continuous recording add an NVR with a surveillance hard drive, or fit a microSD card (not included) for on-camera storage.

InSight S345 2.8mm or 4mm?

The 2.8 mm version has a 100° horizontal view and identifies people at up to 6 m. The 4 mm version narrows to 80.4° and identifies at up to 8 m, so it suits longer drives and entrances further from the camera.

Does the InSight S345 work with a non-VIGI NVR?

It works with VIGI NVRs and supports ONVIF Profile S/T/G, so it can be added to third-party ONVIF recorders. The full set of smart detection features is supported on a VIGI NVR.

Is the InSight S345 PoE powered?

Yes, 802.3af/at PoE, up to 10.7 W. It can also run on 12V DC; the adapter is not included.

Does the InSight S345 record in colour at night?

Yes. The white LEDs can light the scene for full-colour images up to 30 m, or it can switch to IR for discreet black-and-white night vision. The light mode can be set to auto, scheduled, always on or off.

Does it record audio?

Yes. It has a built-in microphone (around a 5 m pickup radius) and a speaker for two-way audio. Check local rules on audio recording before enabling it.

How quickly can I get it?

We ship nationally from our multi-million pound warehouse, with orders leaving daily. Orders placed before 2:30pm are normally dispatched for delivery within 1–2 working days to England, Scotland and Wales. You can also collect in store from our trade counter — call first so we can confirm your order is ready. We do not ship to Northern Ireland.
