What you will need
Power the camera from a PoE (IEEE 802.3af) port on a PoE switch or an NVR with built-in PoE ports, or from a 12 V DC supply (±25%, Ø5.5 mm plug). Maximum consumption is 13 W, so allow for it across your PoE budget. You also need an NVR or other recording device that accepts IP cameras, network cable to the camera, and a MicroSD card if you want on-camera recording (up to 512 GB).
