The Uniview IPC3615SS-ADF28K-I1 is a 5MP fixed eyeball network camera with a 2.8 mm lens and a 40 m IR illuminator. The datasheet title calls it an intelligent LightHunter model, and it adds on-camera detection rules and people counting.

The IPC3615SS-ADF28K-I1 suits fixed-view coverage where you want more than motion detection. It lists cross line, intrusion, enter area and leave area detection with human, non-motor vehicle and vehicle classification, plus people flow counting and crowd density detection.
The 2.8 mm lens gives a 110.0 degree horizontal field of view, and 130 dB WDR helps with scenes containing both bright and dark areas. IP67 protection (dust-tight, protected against temporary immersion) means it is suitable for outdoor use. It has a built-in mic and offers G.711 and AAC-LC audio compression.

Power it from a PoE (IEEE 802.3af) port, either a PoE switch or a recorder's built-in PoE ports, or a 12 V DC supply (Ø5.5 mm coaxial plug, max. 6.5 W). You will need network cable and a recorder or NAS for continuous recording, and a microSD card if you want on-camera storage.
