What the OEC-R2H-EK is for

The OEC-R2H-EK combines a 125KHz card reader with a 12-key keypad (0-9, * and #). Cards are read within 0 to 3cm, with a response time of 0.2 seconds or less. Its interface is a Wiegand output, so it is connected to a controller that accepts Wiegand input.
