What the UHO-P1A-M5F4D is for

It suits a single outdoor position where one fixed view is not enough. The head pans 0° to 345° and tilts 0° to 90°, with 20 presets and auto tracking. The 4.0 mm lens gives a 93.6° horizontal field of view, and Uniview's DORI figures put detection at 78.3 m, recognition at 15.7 m and identification at 7.8 m.

For night use it has dual light: infrared up to 30 m and a warm light up to 10 m, plus Smart IR support. A built-in microphone and speaker give two-way audio, and a MicroSD card up to 512 GB gives local recording. The datasheet lists 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi only, so check the signal at the mounting point.

What you will need

A 12 V DC supply with a Ø5.5 mm coaxial plug (the camera draws up to 10.0 W); the datasheet lists no PoE, so ask us what is supplied with it. You also need a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network with a good signal where the camera will sit, or a cable to its 10/100 Ethernet port, and a MicroSD card for local recording.
