What you will need
A Yealink DE300 decoder on the same gigabit network, an HDMI or USB-C source, and PoE+ (802.3at) or the supplied 19 V adapter.

Yes. Yealink lists up to 60 W PD laptop charging through the full-featured USB-C port.
