The Yealink RoomSensor is a wireless meeting room sensor that detects occupancy (PIR), temperature, humidity and light. It links to Yealink RoomPanel over Bluetooth BLE 5.2 for automatic check-in and release, and runs for up to 4 years on a replaceable CR123A battery.
Yealink RoomSensor - Wireless Meeting Room Occupancy Sensor
The Yealink RoomSensor uses passive infrared to detect whether a meeting room is in use, and also measures temperature, humidity and light. It links directly to Yealink RoomPanel over Bluetooth BLE, without an extra gateway, so the panel can check in and release bookings automatically. It is wireless, mounts magnetically with a +/-20 adjustable angle, and runs for up to four years on a user-replaceable lithium battery.

Does it need a gateway?
No. Yealink lists a direct Bluetooth BLE connection to RoomPanel.

What is the difference from the RoomSensor Pro?
The RoomSensor is battery powered with PIR occupancy sensing. The RoomSensor Pro counts people, and runs on PoE or DC 5V.
