The Yealink WH68 is a dual-ear wireless headset that combines DECT and Bluetooth 5.3 for switching between a PC, a desk phone and a mobile phone. Hybrid active noise cancellation uses 2 feedforward and 2 feedback microphones, and 4-mic noise cancellation with Yealink Acoustic Shield Technology 3.0 keeps background noise out of your calls. Yealink states it meets Microsoft's Open Office requirements. Dual busylights light up during calls. Part 1208713 is the UC version.

What the WH68 UC is for

It suits staff in busy open-plan offices who need to block out noise and move between devices. The WHB680 base connects by USB-C; Yealink says the headset also works with other makers' desk phones using the optional EHS62 or telephone cable. What you will need

A PC with a USB-C or USB-A port (both cables are in the box) and/or a compatible IP phone with USB. For other makers' desk phones, use the optional EHS62 or telephone cable. Choose this UC version for platforms other than Microsoft Teams.

What is the difference between the Teams and UC versions?

Both use the same WH68 hardware. Part 1208655 is the Microsoft Teams-certified version and part 1208713 is the UC version. This listing is the UC version (1208713).

Is this the same as the WH68 Workstation?

No. This is the WH68 headset with the WHB680 base. The WH68 Workstation comes with a touchscreen workstation base and is listed separately.

Does it have active noise cancellation?

Yes. Yealink lists hybrid ANC with 2 feedforward and 2 feedback microphones.

How long does the battery last?

Yealink lists up to 16 hours talk time in DECT mode and up to 32 hours in Bluetooth mode, with a 1.5-hour charge.
