Which keypads can read a Pass card?
Ajax keypads with a built-in reader, including KeyPad Plus Jeweller, KeyPad TouchScreen Jeweller, KeyPad Outdoor Jeweller and the Superior KeyPad Outdoor and TouchScreen Fibra models.
Does a Pass card need a battery?
No. It is a passive card with nothing to charge or replace.
What is the difference between Pass and Tag?
They work the same way. Pass is a flat card the size of a bank card; Tag is a small key fob for a key ring.
What if a card is lost?
Each card is set up in the Ajax app, so a lost card can be removed from the system there.
Can one card work on more than one site?
Yes. A single Pass card can be used with up to 13 Ajax hubs.
