The Dahua DHI-XVR5832S is a 32 channel 1080P Lite Penta-brid XVR CCTV DVR in a 2U case. It is a hybrid DVR and security camera recorder: one recorder accepts five camera formats, HDCVI, AHD, TVI, CVBS and IP, so an existing coax system can be upgraded camera by camera. Common questions
What does Penta-brid mean?
It means the recorder takes five video formats on its inputs: HDCVI, AHD, TVI, CVBS and IP. Our guide to Dahua Penta-brid recorders explains how that helps when upgrading an older system.
Which cameras can I connect?

What resolution does it record?
