The Dahua IPC-MBW4431-AS/M12 is a 4MP IR mobile IP camera for buses, coaches, trains and other vehicles. It records 2688 x 1520 at up to 25/30fps from a 1/3-inch sensor, and Dahua lists EN50155 and E-Mark (ECE Regulation No. 10) among its certifications.

A fixed 2.8mm F2.0 lens gives a 104 degree horizontal view, and two IR LEDs reach up to 30m in the dark. IVS rules cover tripwire, intrusion and abandoned or missing objects, and the camera also has face detection and 120dB WDR.

The metal housing is rated IP67 and IP6K9K, with IK10 vandal resistance, and works from -40 to +70 degrees C. The -AS version has an RJ45 connector and runs on PoE (802.3af) or 12V DC, while the -M12 version has an M12 D-coded connector and runs on PoE. Power draw is under 6.5W.

What is a mobile camera?
