A desk phone with a headset port. EPOS notes that answering and ending calls from the headset needs an EHS cable for the desk phone (not included); check which one your phone uses. Compatibility with a particular phone system or softphone should be confirmed with your provider; call us if you are unsure.

Can I answer calls from the headset?
EPOS states that answer/end call requires an EHS cable for the desk phone. Without it you answer on the phone itself.
