The Gigaset P820 IP PRO is a Gigaset P series IP desk phone in gunmetal black with a large 5-inch TFT colour display (480 x 272 pixels). Gigaset lists 12 SIP accounts, 12 calls in parallel and 8 freely assignable, self-labelling function keys with multicolour LEDs that can be expanded to 28 functions, including BLF. The P820 has a fixed display; the P825 IP PRO is the same phone with a tiltable display.

What you will need

A SIP account or an IP PBX / hosted VoIP service, and a network connection. Use a PoE switch or injector; Gigaset lists the external power supply as an accessory.

What is the difference between the P820 and P825?

Gigaset lists the same specification for both; the P820 IP PRO has a fixed display and the P825 IP PRO has a display that tilts steplessly up to 40°.

How many function keys does it have?

Gigaset lists 8 self-labelling LED keys that can be expanded to 28 functions, plus support for the P800 KEY PRO module.

Is a power supply included?

Gigaset lists the external PSU connector as "available as accessory", and the phone has integrated Power over Ethernet. Plan on a PoE switch or injector, or ask us about the Gigaset power supply.

Can I add a key expansion module?

Yes. Gigaset lists the P800 KEY PRO keypad module for this phone: 20 physical function keys with LED status indicators and up to 60 assignable functions, connected by USB.
