The Grandstream HT814 v2 is a 4-port FXS VoIP gateway (ATA) with an integrated Gigabit NAT router. It connects up to four analogue phones or fax machines to a SIP phone system or VoIP service, with two Gigabit network ports, TLS/SRTP and T.38 fax.

The Grandstream HT814 v2 is an advanced 4-port VoIP gateway with 4 FXS ports and an integrated Gigabit NAT router. Grandstream lists dual 10/100/1000 Mbps ports, TLS and SRTP security with a unique security certificate per unit, automated provisioning for volume deployment, failover SIP server, T.38 fax and 3-way conferencing, in a 28.5 x 130 x 90 mm case.
What the HT814 v2 is for

What you will need
An analogue phone or fax machine for each FXS port (4), a SIP account per line from your IP PBX or VoIP provider, and a network connection to your router or switch. The power supply is listed in Grandstream's datasheet.

How many phones can I connect?
Four, one per FXS port. Grandstream notes the ports can be expanded by peering with an FXS gateway. For 16 or more ports see the GXW4200 series.
Does it have a router built in?
Yes. It has two Gigabit ports and an integrated NAT router.
Does it support fax?
Yes. Grandstream lists T.38 Group 3 fax relay up to 14.4 kbps, with auto-switch to G.711 for fax pass-through.
Will it work with my phone system?
It is a standard SIP device, so it works with SIP-based IP PBXs and VoIP services. Grandstream lists zero-configuration provisioning with its UCM series IP PBXs. Call us if you want us to check a particular system.
How quickly can I get it?
