Hikvision DS-K1109DKB-QR — card, keypad and QR-code reader

The DS-K1109DKB-QR is the reader to fit where a controller-based system needs to accept QR codes — visitor passes on a phone, printed contractor tickets, e-tickets — alongside staff credentials. It reads M1, DESFire and Felica cards, takes a PIN and scans QR codes and seven barcode symbologies; the datasheet notes QR recognition works when the reader is connected over RS-485. It suits the DS-K2702X and DS-K2M002X and is rated to -40 °C; Hikvision's published specification for this model does not state an IP rating — ask us if you need a rating confirmed for an exposed position. Hikvision readers connect to an access controller over RS-485 or Wiegand; the controller holds the credentials and drives the lock. They pair with the DS-K27 controllers and DS-K2M002X modules listed on this site, and with third-party controllers that accept Wiegand 26/34.
