Hikvision DS-KD9633-WBE6 — 10.1" face-recognition door station for apartment blocks
The DS-KD9633-WBE6 is the door station Hikvision specifies for larger residential and commercial entrances. A 10.1" touch screen carries the resident directory and visitor calling; two 2 MP cameras handle face recognition for up to 10,000 residents, with 100,000 cards on the built-in 13.56 MHz reader as a fallback. It links 500 indoor stations and 16 sub door stations, talks to the DS-KM9503 concierge main station, and accepts the DS-KDM9633-FKP fingerprint-and-keypad module alongside it. Residents get the DS-KH9570-WTE1/S or DS-KH9510-WTE1 indoors.
This is part of Hikvision's IP video intercom range: door stations, indoor stations and accessories that connect over a standard network (PoE or 12 VDC) and are configured with the iVMS-4200 client or the Hik-Connect app. IP-series products are designed to be used together within that range. Recognition, screen and audio
Two 2 MP HD cameras with low-illumination performance stream 1080p and 720p (sub streams to 640 × 480) across an 88° horizontal, 44° vertical field of view, with 120 dB digital WDR and IR to 3 m. The 10.1" IPS touch screen runs at 1280 × 800 and 410 cd/m² on Android 7.1 with 4 GB ROM and 2 GB RAM. Two omnidirectional microphones and a loudspeaker with G.711 U/A at 64 Kbps, noise suppression and echo cancellation.
Capacity and system
10,000 faces, 100,000 cards and 20,000 users in local memory; 500 linked indoor stations and 16 sub door stations. Networking by two Gigabit RJ45 ports (one reserved), Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n and Bluetooth; protocols TCP/IP and RTSP; H.264 compression.
Door control, power and rating
Two lock relays rated 30 VDC 2 A — the datasheet notes lock 2 requires the secure door control module — two exit-button inputs (one for lock control, one for the secure module), a door-contact input, four alarm inputs, two RS-485 ports, a tamper switch and two reserved alarm outputs. Power 12 VDC 2 A at ≤ 18 W. Surface or flush mounting, 271 × 159.2 × 26.5 mm, IP65 and IK07, -30 °C to 60 °C.
