Hikvision DS-KH8520-WTE1 — 10.1" Wi-Fi video intercom indoor station

The DS-KH8520-WTE1 is the 10.1" screen in Hikvision's Pro (Linux-based) indoor station range. Where a 7" station is a hallway answerpoint, this is a kitchen or living-room panel: large enough to watch the door camera or a linked IP camera comfortably, slim enough at 22.55 mm to sit flush to the wall. This is part of Hikvision's IP video intercom range: door stations, indoor stations and accessories that connect over a standard network (PoE or 12 VDC) and are configured with the iVMS-4200 client or the Hik-Connect app. IP-series products are designed to be used together within that range. A 10.1" screen with nothing else on the fascia

The colour TFT panel is capacitive-touch and the datasheet lists no physical buttons — the front is glass and screen. Audio processing includes noise suppression and echo cancellation for clear two-way speech with the door station.

Connectivity

Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n or a 10/100 Mbps RJ45; TCP/IP, SIP and RTSP protocols, so the station sits on the same network as the door station, the NVR and the router. Power over standard PoE (IEEE 802.3af) through the network cable, or 12 VDC 1 A, with consumption of 6 W or less.

Mounting

Surface mounting at 254 × 166 × 22.55 mm. Indoor use, -10 °C to 55 °C, 10% to 90% humidity.
