An Android SIP video phone for the reception desk, security office or manager's room of a building running a Hikvision SIP intercom system. A 7" IPS touch screen and 2 MP camera for video calls, a handset and hands-free speaker with full-duplex echo cancellation, 20 SIP lines, two Gigabit ports and PoE.

Hikvision DS-KP9301-HE1 — Android SIP video phone for reception and concierge desks
The DS-KP9301-HE1 is Hikvision's desk phone for SIP-based intercom and telephony. In a residential block or business park it lets a concierge or security officer take video calls from door stations, speak to residents' indoor stations and make ordinary SIP telephone calls from one device, with a handset for privacy and hands-free for the desk. It runs Android 9 on a 7" IPS touch screen, has a 2 MP camera for two-way video, and supports 20 SIP lines. For a full concierge console with camera management see the DS-KM9503 main station.
This is part of Hikvision's IP video intercom range: door stations, indoor stations and accessories that connect over a standard network (PoE or 12 VDC) and are configured with the iVMS-4200 client or the Hik-Connect app. IP-series products are designed to be used together within that range. Telephony
Twenty SIP lines with SIP v1 (RFC 2543) and v2 (RFC 3261) over UDP, TCP or TLS, SRTP media, STUN, IPv6, PPPoE, L2TP and OpenVPN, plus TR-069 for provisioning. A local phonebook of 2000 entries and a remote XML/LDAP phonebook of 2000 more; 1000 in/out/missed call records. Audio codecs G.711 A/U, G.729AB, iLBC, G.722 and Opus.
Video and voice quality
The 2 MP camera and H.264 decoding up to 1080p give a video call to door stations and other video endpoints on the 7" 1024 × 600 IPS screen. HD voice on the HAC (hearing-aid compatible) handset and the hands-free speaker (0–7 kHz response), with full-duplex acoustic echo cancellation, noise reduction and packet-loss concealment.
Connections and mounting
Two Gigabit RJ45 ports (one can pass through to a PC), two RJ-9 ports for handset and headset, a USB 2.0 port, HDMI output and TF card slot (all reserved), and a red status indicator for calls and message waiting. Five keys: home, return, hands-free and volume up/down. Power over PoE 802.3af or 12 VDC; consumption 3.11–10.76 W on PoE. Desktop stand at two angles (254.8 × 154.9 × 202.8 mm or 254.8 × 167.8 × 182.4 mm) or wall-mounted (254.8 × 118.4 mm). Indoor, 0 °C to 45 °C.
