Which headsets does it work with?

Jabra lists the Engage 55, and the Engage 65 and 75 with a firmware upgrade. The full Microsoft Teams certified experience is only available with the Engage 55 MS headset.

Does it have Bluetooth?

No. The Link 400 only provides DECT connectivity to a single PC or Mac.

What range does it give?

Jabra lists up to 150 m line of sight. Walls and many wireless headsets nearby can reduce it.

How do I pair it?

Turn the headset off, hold its Call button for 3 seconds until the LED flashes blue, plug in the adapter and hold the adapter button for 1 second. The adapter LED turns solid blue when paired.

How quickly can I get it?
