What you will need
A corded headset with a QD connector, a desk phone and a computer with a free USB port. The Link 860 is powered from the computer over USB unless you add the separate AC power adapter. If you are unsure whether it suits your desk phone, call us before ordering.

How do I switch between desk phone and softphone?
Move the target phone switch: left for the desk phone, right for the PC (softphone). In PC mode you can still answer a desk phone call by lifting the handset.
Does it need a power supply?
It is powered over USB from the computer. Jabra sells an AC power adapter separately.
What hearing protection does it have?
PeakStop keeps sound in a safe zone (max. 118 dB RMS), and Jabra states it complies with the EU Noise at Work Directive and G616.
Can a second headset listen in?
Yes. It has a guest headset port for an additional headset.
