The Ruijie RG-PA1000I-P-F is a pluggable AC power module with PoE capability. Ruijie list it for the RG-CS83-24GT4XS-PD, the RG-CS83-48GT4XS-PD and the RG-CS86-48MG4VS2QXS-UPD.

What the RG-PA1000I-P-F is for

Ruijie give a maximum output of 930 W on a 100 V AC to 130 V AC supply and 1000 W on a 200 V AC to 240 V AC supply. On the RG-CS83-24GT4XS-PD and RG-CS83-48GT4XS-PD, Ruijie give 740 W of PoE with one module and 1480 W with two.

On the RG-CS86-48MG4VS2QXS-UPD, one module gives 710 W of PoE at 100 V AC to 130 V AC or 800 W at 200 V AC to 240 V AC. Two modules give 1420 W or 1600 W respectively. Ruijie state 1+1 power redundancy and power module hot swapping on that switch.

What you will need

The module is a separate purchase: Ruijie's ordering text says to purchase at least one RG-PA600I-P-F or RG-PA1000I-P-F for the RG-CS83 switches. Ruijie give a maximum input current of 12 A on a 100 V AC to 130 V AC supply and 8 A on 200 V AC to 240 V AC. On the RG-CS83 switches, Ruijie state 1+1 redundancy is supported only when the PoE load is below one module's output. Tell us your switch and PoE load and we will check.
