The TP-Link Omada EAP100-Bridge KIT is a pre-configured 2.4 GHz N300 wireless bridge kit for links of up to 500 m (1640 ft) at up to 300 Mbps. Each unit has three 10/100 Mbps Ethernet ports, an IP65 enclosure and accepts 12 V DC, 802.3af PoE or 24/48 V passive PoE.

What you will need

Clear line of sight between the two ends, a pole or wall position at each end, outdoor-rated network cable, and a power source. A passive PoE adapter is included (for dry indoor use).

How is the EAP100-Bridge powered?

12 V DC, 802.3af PoE or 24/48 V passive PoE (adapter included); 4.8 W max, so any 802.3af or 802.3at PoE switch, for example the Omada SG2210MP, also works.

Does the EAP100-Bridge KIT need an Omada controller?

No. It pairs out of the box and can be managed with the Omada app, or centrally by an Omada hardware controller such as the OC200 or the Omada Software Controller.

Can I use the EAP100-Bridge KIT to connect CCTV cameras in another building?

Yes, for a small number of cameras. The link is 300 Mbps on 2.4 GHz and the ports are 10/100 Mbps, and cameras at the far end still need their own PoE source.

EAP100-Bridge KIT or EAP211-Bridge KIT?

The EAP100 is 2.4 GHz 300 Mbps with 10/100 ports for up to 500 m; the EAP211-Bridge KIT is 5 GHz 867 Mbps with gigabit ports for up to 1 km.

How quickly can I get it?

We ship nationally from our multi-million pound warehouse, with orders leaving daily. Orders placed before 2:30pm are normally dispatched for delivery within 1–2 working days to England, Scotland and Wales. You can also collect in store from our trade counter — call first so we can confirm your order is ready. We do not ship to Northern Ireland.
