The TP-Link EH210 is a 1 to 2 gigabit Ethernet splitter: it shares one incoming gigabit Ethernet connection with 2 wired devices, in an aluminium alloy case powered over USB-C.
What the EH210 is for
It is for a desk, TV unit or room with one Ethernet point and more than one wired device. Connect the incoming cable and up to 2 devices, and power it from a USB port or charger via USB-C.

An incoming Ethernet cable from your router or switch, Ethernet cables for each device (one Cat 5e cable is included) and a USB port or USB charger for power.
