The TP-Link RE220BE is a BE3600 dual-band Wi-Fi 7 range extender that plugs into a wall socket. It extends Wi-Fi at up to 2882 Mbps on 5 GHz and 688 Mbps on 2.4 GHz, uses Wi-Fi 7 Multi-Link Operation, 160 MHz channels and 4K-QAM, and has a 1 Gbps Ethernet port.

What the RE220BE is for

Place it between your router and the dead spot to push Wi-Fi further. It works with any Wi-Fi router, and with an EasyMesh router it forms one mesh network. In Access Point mode it turns a wired connection into Wi-Fi 7. For thick walls look at Wi-Fi extenders and powerline, or Deco mesh Wi-Fi for whole-home coverage.
