The Uniview GCB01-B7 is what Uniview calls a UNV-Link Pro connect box. It has four RJ45 10/100 Ethernet ports, one of which outputs IEEE 802.3af PoE, and a built-in 18650 lithium battery of 7500 mAh.

What the GCB01-B7 is for

The GCB01-B7 combines a PoE output with voltage testing in one unit measuring 130 x 85 x 33 mm. Network port 1 supports IEEE 802.3af PoE output and network port 4 supports PSE voltage test.

Uniview lists a PSE voltage detection range of 1 V to 56 V covering 802.3af, 802.3at and 802.3bt, and a DC voltage test with the same 1 V to 56 V range. It also has 2.4G Wi-Fi (IEEE 802.11b/g/n) and status LEDs for system, Wi-Fi and battery.

What you will need

The unit has a built-in 18650 lithium battery of 7500 mAh, and its power input is 5 V DC at up to 2 A over type-C. Power outputs are one 12 V DC at 1 A and one 5 V DC at 1 A (type-A).
