The Uniview IPC3614LB-AF28K-DL2-BLACK (UNV) is the black variant of the 4MP fixed turret IP camera with dual light: IR and warm light, each listed at 30 m. It takes PoE (IEEE 802.3af) or 12 V DC.

What the IPC3614LB-AF28K-DL2-BLACK is for

This is the black version of the IPC3614LB-AF28K-DL2. Beyond colour, the figures come from that model's Uniview datasheet: 4MP (2560 × 1440) at a maximum of 25 fps and a 2.8mm fixed lens with a 93.2° horizontal field of view.

The dual light gives it two supplemental lights, IR and warm light, with a listed colour minimum illumination of 0.01 Lux at F1.6. It is rated IP67, so it is suitable for outdoor use, and its DORI figures are 63.0 m to detect and 6.3 m to identify.

What you will need

Use a PoE port (IEEE 802.3af supplies up to 15.4 W per port; the camera draws a maximum of 4.2 W) or a 12 V DC supply. A recorder with built-in PoE ports needs no separate switch; otherwise add a PoE switch. Record to an NVR with surveillance hard drives, or to a MicroSD card up to 512 GB (not supplied). Allow for network cable.
