The Uniview IPC318SB-ADF28K-I0-BLACK is the black variant of the IPC318SB-ADF28K-I0: an 8MP mini dome network camera with a fixed 2.8 mm lens and 30 m infrared. Uniview's datasheet title names LightHunter, and the rows list a colour minimum illumination of 0.002 lux.

Choose the black version where a dark dome suits the building or soffit it is fixed to. Uniview's figures for this model are a 2.8 mm lens with a 101.1° horizontal, 55.3° vertical and 111.1° diagonal field of view, and DORI distances of 63.0 m detect, 25.2 m observe, 12.6 m recognise and 6.3 m identify.

Night viewing uses 850 nm infrared to 30 m with Smart IR. The datasheet gives a colour minimum illumination of 0.002 lux, 0 lux with IR, and 120 dB WDR. The 8MP main stream (3840 × 2160) runs at up to 20 fps. Protection is IP67 and IK10.

What you will need

Power the camera from a PoE (IEEE 802.3af) port on a PoE switch or an NVR with built-in PoE ports, or from a 12 V DC supply (±25%, Ø5.5 mm plug). Maximum consumption is 6.0 W. You also need an NVR that can record 8MP streams, and network cable. A MicroSD card (up to 512 GB) is optional for on-camera recording.
