What you will need

Power comes from PoE+ (IEEE 802.3at) or 12 V DC via a Ø5.5 mm coaxial plug, with a maximum draw of 16 W. A PoE+ port on a PoE switch or an NVR's built-in PoE ports needs no separate power supply. Add a microSD card of up to 512 GB for edge recording, or a compatible NVR with surveillance hard drives for continuous recording. Use quality network cable between camera and switch.
