OEC-R3H-MK — Wall Mount Mifare Card Reader with Keypad

The Uniview OEC-R3H-MK is the keypad version of the wall-mount Mifare reader. Its authentication mode is card or password, so it suits doors where a code can be used as well as a card.

What the OEC-R3H-MK is for

The OEC-R3H-MK reads Mifare cards at 13.56MHz at up to 5cm, with a reading time under 1 second, and accepts a password through its keypad. Interfaces are Wiegand 26/34 and RS485. For card-only use, see the OEC-R3H-M.

A colour indicator shows steady blue in normal operation, green for 1 second on success and red for 1 second on failure. It is rated IP65, works from -30°C to 65°C, measures 129*88*21mm and weighs 145g.

You need Mifare cards, a controller that accepts Wiegand 26/34 or RS485, and a 12 V DC supply (± 25%; the reader draws 72mA). It fits a 115*73mm or 86*86mm junction box. Tell us which controller you are using and we will check the interface suits it.

What authentication does the Uniview OEC-R3H-MK support?

Card and password. It has a keypad in addition to the Mifare reader.

How does the OEC-R3H-MK connect to a controller?

Through its Wiegand 26/34 or RS485 interface. Your access control controller needs to accept one of them.
