The OEC-R3H-M is a Uniview wall mount card reader for Mifare cards. It operates at 13.56 MHz, reads IC cards at up to 5 cm and connects to a controller over Wiegand 26/34 or RS485.

What the OEC-R3H-M is for

This reader authenticates by Mifare card only, as the Authentication Mode row lists card and no other method. Reading time is under 1 second, and the indicator shows steady blue in normal operation, green for one second when a card is accepted and red for one second when it fails. IP65 protection is listed, and the operating range is -30°C to 65°C.

It mounts on a 115 × 73 mm or an 86 × 86 mm junction box. The material is listed as PC, and the body measures 129 × 88 × 21 mm and weighs 134 g. Power is 12 V DC (±25%) at 61 mA, or 0.732 W.

You need an access control controller or panel that accepts Wiegand 26/34 or RS485 readers, a 12 V DC supply, and cabling from the reader to the controller. Mifare cards are needed for users.
