The Yeastar P550 is an on-premise IP PBX from the Yeastar P-Series Appliance Edition. It supports 50 users and 25 concurrent calls, and its four module slots take Yeastar telephony modules for FXS, FXO, BRI or 4G. It runs the P-Series phone system software, with Linkus UC clients, call center features, integrations and IP phone auto-provisioning.

What you will need

SIP trunks or a VoIP provider for outside calls, IP phones or the Linkus apps for users, and a network switch. For analogue phones or PSTN lines add Yeastar telephony modules such as the S2 (2 FXS) or O2 (2 FXO). Ask us which feature plan you need.

The P550 has 4 module slots. Yeastar lists up to 8 FXS, 8 FXO/BRI and 4 3G/4G ports.

Can the P550 take E1/T1 or the D30 module?

No. E1/T1/J1 and the D30 capacity module are for the P560 and P570.

Are all the features included?

Yeastar sells P-Series features in Standard, Enterprise and Ultimate plans, and some features (for example Hot Standby, the Hotel module and remote archiving) depend on the plan or an add-on. Call us before you order so we can check which plan covers what you need.

How quickly can I get it?

Orders are dispatched for delivery within 1-3 working days to England, Scotland and Wales; we do not ship to Northern Ireland. You can also collect from our trade counter - please call first so we can confirm your order is ready.
