The Yeastar P560 is a 1U rackmount on-premise IP PBX from the Yeastar P-Series Appliance Edition. As standard it supports 100 users and 30 concurrent calls; adding one D30 DSP module takes it to 200 users and 60 calls. It takes one expansion board (EX08 for telephony modules or EX30 for E1/T1/PRI) and has a SATA hard disk bay for call recordings.

What you will need

SIP trunks or a VoIP provider, IP phones or the Linkus apps, and a rack or shelf. Analogue and BRI interfaces need the EX08 expansion board plus telephony modules; more capacity needs the D30 module. Ask us which feature plan you need.

How many users and calls does the P560 handle?

Yeastar lists 100 users and 30 concurrent calls as standard, or 200 users and 60 calls with one D30 module fitted.

How do I add analogue lines or phones?

Fit an EX08 expansion board, which has 4 onboard module slots, then add S2 (FXS) or O2 (FXO) modules. The P560 takes one expansion board.

Can I record calls to a hard disk?

Yes. The P560 has one SATA bay for a disk of up to 2TB, and a USB port for a portable SSD or flash drive.

Are all the features included?

Yeastar sells P-Series features in Standard, Enterprise and Ultimate plans, and some features (for example Hot Standby, the Hotel module and remote archiving) depend on the plan or an add-on. Call us before you order so we can check which plan covers what you need.

How quickly can I get it?

Orders are dispatched for delivery within 1-3 working days to England, Scotland and Wales; we do not ship to Northern Ireland. You can also collect from our trade counter - please call first so we can confirm your order is ready.
